Ideally four to six weeks before your date, and earlier for June, July and September, the busiest months in Paris. That said, posted executives sometimes receive short notice — call us: with a prompt survey we can often organise a full-service move within a fortnight.
At their declared value. During the survey, each significant piece is inventoried and declared at its actual worth; the ad valorem cover then applies from packing to reinstallation. Compensation is based on that declared value — never on a weight-based scale.
Regularly. If your employer has appointed a relocation agent, we coordinate directly with them — surveys, paperwork, scheduling — while keeping you informed at every step. You remain our client; the agency remains your advocate.
